This Italian Sweet Pepper is one of my favorite summer snacks - such a rich sweet pimentoish pepper flavor. Perfect for grilling or roasting, and is an excellent producer in the garden. Once they start coming in (and they will with fervor), harvest when half the fruit is red and half green, and the fruit will continue to ripen in your kitchen.
