You’ve most likely seen Shishitos offered at restaurants more and more over the past decade. These peppers are the length of your finger and have some wavy textures to their shape. They are excellent flash fried in oil and seasoned with salt. Majority of the peppers you’ll harvest are mild but every once in awhile you’ll get a hot one!
