Zephyr is a yellow+green summer squash! Beautiful fruit - pick young (think “baby squash”) and pick often. Can be picked and cooked with flower still on. Flowers can also be harvested alone (squash blossoms are edible :) ).

For proper pollination, we encourage customers to purchase 2 of the same variety of squash / zucchini.
