Chard is one I often find myself convincing others to grow and eat. It has a sweet flavor when cooked that is very similar to spinach. It also holds up really well when cooked so you, unlike spinach. Chard is also very heat tolerant! The stems on the Bright Lights are pink, yellow, orange. I’m selling these in packs of 4 so that you are guaranteed to have one of each color.
